Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with any applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.The Services are not designed for compliance with sector-specific regulations related to medical, financial, or government-sensitive data. If your use of the Services would require such regulatory compliance, you are advised not to use them for that purpose.As part of our commitment to ethical AI usage, our systems undergo ongoing internal evaluations to detect and mitigate potential algorithmic bias. We aim to maintain transparency, fairness, and consistency in our automated assessments, and will continue to improve based on industry standards and local requirements.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics within the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as all trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

License Revocation Upon Content Deletion

By submitting or linking Contributions, you confirm that:You have read and comply with the “Prohibited Activities” section.Your Contributions are your original work or you have the necessary rights and licenses.To the extent permitted by law, you waive all moral rights in your Contributions.Your Contributions are not confidential and do not infringe the rights of others.You are solely responsible for any harm, legal claims, or losses caused by your Contributions. You agree to indemnify us for any third-party claims resulting from infringement or misuse.


Your Responsibility for Content

We reserve the right to:Edit, remove, or restrict any Contributions we deem to violate these Terms.Disable or suspend user accounts responsible for inappropriate content.Report illegal or infringing activity to regulatory or enforcement authorities.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;   (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms;   (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside ; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and ( 7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).


User Registration

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.


Purchase and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Cancellation

Free Trial

‍We may offer a free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.


Prohibited Activities

You may only access or use the Services for the purpose for which they are made available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial activities except those explicitly approved by us.As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Data Retrieval & Compilation: Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without our written permission.

  • Fraudulent or Misleading Behavior: Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in attempts to gain sensitive account information such as passwords.

  • Security Violations: Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, including those that prevent or restrict copying of content or limit access to the Services.

  • Harmful Actions: Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm the reputation of the Services or us.

  • Harassment & Abuse: Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

  • Service Disruption: Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or its associated networks.

  • Harassment of Employees: Harass or threaten our employees or agents providing Services to you.

  • Bypassing Restrictions: Attempt to bypass any restrictions or access controls imposed by the Services.

  • Software Reverse Engineering: Copy, adapt, or reverse-engineer the software comprising the Services, including but not limited to Flash, HTML, or JavaScript.

  • Unauthorized Automated Systems: Use or develop any automated system (e.g., spider, robot, scraper) to access the Services without authorization.

  • Resale or Transfer of Profile: Sell or transfer your profile, account, or any rights associated with it.

  • Commercial Use: Use the Services to advertise, offer for sale, or sell goods and services, or to compete with us commercially.



User Generated Contributions

The Services may offer features such as chats, blogs, message boards, forums, or other interactive areas that allow you to submit, post, display, transmit, publish, or distribute content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, comments, suggestions, personal information, or other materials (“Contributions”).Contributions may be publicly viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party platforms.   • Third-Party Consents: For any individuals identifiable in your Contributions, you have secured all necessary written permissions or releases to use their name, image, or likeness.

  • Accuracy and Integrity: Your Contributions are not false, misleading, or deceptive.

  • No Unsolicited Content: Your Contributions are not unauthorized promotions, advertisements, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.

  • Appropriate Content: Your Contributions do not contain content that is obscene, offensive, lewd, defamatory, violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by us.

  • Respectful Conduct: Your Contributions do not mock, ridicule, intimidate, threaten, or abuse any individual or group.

  • No Harassment or Incitement: Your Contributions are not used to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or class of people.

  • Legal Compliance: Your Contributions do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or child protection laws.

  • Non-Discriminatory Content: Your Contributions do not contain offensive or discriminatory remarks related to race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

  • Content Compliance: Your Contributions do not link to or promote any material that violates these Terms or applicable laws.



Contribution License

By posting or submitting any content ("Contributions") on or through the Services, or by linking your social media accounts to the Services, you automatically grant to us—and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant—an unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid license to use your Contributions for any purpose. This includes the rights to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly display and perform, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), create derivative works from, or incorporate into other works your Contributions, and to sublicense these rights to others. These rights apply across all forms of media and technologies now known or developed in the future. This license also includes the use of your name, company name, franchise name (if applicable), and any trademarks, logos, or personal and commercial images you provide. You waive any moral rights in your Contributions, and you confirm that no moral rights have otherwise been asserted. While we do not claim ownership over your Contributions, and you retain all intellectual property and proprietary rights, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any statements or content you share via the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree not to hold us liable or pursue legal action relating to their use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to edit, re-categorize, pre-screen, or remove any Contributions at any time, although we are under no obligation to do so.



Third-Party Account Integration (Social Media)

As part of the Services, you may have the option to link your account with third-party service providers ("Third-Party Accounts") by either providing your login credentials or authorizing us to access these accounts in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to share your login details and grant access without violating any agreements governing the use of such Third-Party Accounts, and without obligating us to pay any fees or comply with additional limitations imposed by those providers. If you unlink your Third-Party Account, we will attempt to delete any stored data obtained through it, except your username and profile picture, which may remain associated with your Supercoder account.



Services Management

We reserve the right, though not the obligation, to monitor use of the Services for violations of these Legal Terms. At our sole discretion, we may take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms, including reporting such individuals to relevant law enforcement authorities. We may also, without notice or liability, refuse access to, restrict, limit, or disable any of your Contributions or related content where technologically feasible. Additionally, we reserve the right to remove or disable files and content that are excessively large or place undue burden on our systems. These actions may be taken as part of our efforts to safeguard our rights and property and to ensure the continued safe and effective operation of the Services.

User Data

  • Information Sharing: Your AI interview recordings may be shared with top US-based companies to expedite job matching. You can request profile deletion anytime, except if invited directly by a Second Team client.

  • Data Sharing: If invited to an interview by a company via Second Team, you agree to share your personal data—including contact details and interview recordings—with Second Team and the inviting company for recruitment purposes.

  • Compliance: Candidates must comply with local labor laws. Second Team promotes transparency but is not responsible for compliance issues.

  • Job Opportunities: Job offers are made at employers’ discretion and are not guaranteed within any timeframe.

  • Accuracy of Information: You confirm all information provided is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentations may impact your candidacy.

  • Technology Limitations: AI may misinterpret some responses. Contact Second Team promptly if you believe your answers were inaccurately processed.

  • Consent: By participating, you consent to these terms, AI usage, and processing of your data for recruitment.

  • Use of Interview Data: Interview data—including audio, video, transcripts, and assessments—may be used to improve our AI models and shared with third-party AI providers. Anonymized datasets may be publicly released for research or validation without personal identifiers. Your use of the platform confirms your consent to this.
